Mobility: Hips

Skill/Strength: Back Squat 5-3-3-1-1-1 reps to a strong final rep.
                       Then: 1 set max reps @ 80% of final rep from above.

Met-con: AMRAP in 6 minutes:
               5 Power Cleans 95/63/45
               10 Push ups
               15 Sit-ups
                20 Squats
