Met-con : 3 Rds for time:
                40 seconds work / 20 seconds rest
                Clean and Jerk  A:165, I:105 N:65
                DB Wlaking Lunge  A:45, I:30, N:20
 
Score = Total rep count
C&J = 2 reps (1 for each rep)
