Work up to a strong single

Met-con :  3 cycles of 4 min AMRAP
250m Row 
Then with remaining time:
6 Ring Dips (I:Prop feet on box, N:bar dips)
8 KB Swings( A:70, I;53, N:35)
10 Box Jumps (A:24″, I:20″, N:14″)
Rest 1 minute
