                          1 Power snatch
                          1 Hang squat snatch
                          1 Snatch balance
EMOM for 6 minutes

Met-con : Amrap in 10 minutes
                3 rope climbs (I/N: 6 floor pulls)
                10 Thrusters (A:95, I:63, N:45
                15 GHD Sit ups (I:go parallel to floor, N: Abmat sit ups)
