Skill / Strength : 
 
Spend 10 minutes working on rope climbing technique.  If you are proficient at rope climbs perform 6 climbs working on speed using as few pulls as possible.
 

Met-con : AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
 
5 Handstand push ups  I:1-2 pads, N:DB shoulder press
10 Toes to bar
5 Overhead squats  A:135, I*:83, N:45
10 DB Walking lunges  A:45, I*:30, N:15
