 In Strength WOD

3×10 Back Squat (70%)

Weight should be moved quickly here with a little struggle on the last few reps. Should not be hard right out of the gate. If thats the case lower weight

Bulgarian Split Squats 4×8 on each leg going up in weight each set


Seated Box Jump 5×3 (Make sure box is high that you are jumping to and avoid rocking forward to create momentum for the jump. Go from static to fully engaged. )

Glute Hamstring Raises 4 sets of 8 (use band from behind to assist you on the way up if you need it)
