Working on power cleans during last weekends partner workout.

Mobility: Hip Mobility.
Skill Practice Warm Up: None.
Workout: “El Camino” – As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes.
5 power cleans (Advanced: 135lbs, Intermediate*: 93lbs, Novice: 53lbs)
5 reps of one dumbbell hang power clean plus one hang squat clean (Advanced: 45lbs, Intermediate*: 25lbs, Novice: 15lbs)
15 air squats
3 reps of 20′ out and 20′ back lateral shuffle with a line touch
1 minute rest
*Women’s “As Prescribed” weights and reps (Rx)
Scaling Guide: 3 – 6 rounds
Coaching Tips: The goal is to try and do each round unbroken, but if you need to start dropping the barbell to maintain form, that is fine. I’d rather you go with a ‘heavier’ weight and challenge yourself that way (rather than going light and getting more rounds). Remember that you’ll be getting to the barbell after a minute rest each round.
