Mobility: None. Work on your Ankles or Hips after you warm up (pick your least mobile).


Strength: Back or Box Squats (your choice!)

3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 (5 sets of 3 reps “Strong Effort,” adjusting load each set)


Workout: “Chimera”– As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 Minute

21 Box Jumps (Advanced: 24″, Intermediate*: 20″, Novice: 12″)

15 Hand Off Deck Push Ups (Intermediate* 9, Novice: 9 Ring Push ups)

9 Toes 2 Bar

*Women’s “As Prescribed” weights and reps (Rx)
