Saturday Crossfit Baseball

Run Bases for 20 minutes:

1st Base: 10 Wall Balls (8# to 20# first come first serve)

2nd Base: 10 Burpees

3rd Base: 10 Squats

Home: Changes with each run (x10)

  1. 20″ Box Jumps
  2. Pull-ups
  3. Push-ups
  4. Deadlifts
  5. KB Swings
  6. Double Unders
  7. 4 Count Jumping Jacks
