Crossfit Baseball

Split into teams. Each team collectively runs the bases for 30 minutes. Each time a team member finishes home base task, he/she scores a point.

  3. 10 Pull-ups
  4. 10 Ring Rows
  5. 10 Hang Clean & Jerk
  6. 10 53# KB Swings
  7. 10 Sit-ups
  8. 10 Double unders
