Crossfit Shoveling …

Using an Olympic bar with a 45# weight at the end, suitcase deadlift over a 24″ obstacle. Going side to side over the barrier, lifter must touch over and back for one rep.

30-25-20-15-10-5 Shovel & Push-ups (30 of each, then 25 of each, etc..)
