Dan’s Fran


Dan, from Crossfit Pleasanton, get’s a personal best on the Crossfit benchmark workout called Fran. This workout is 21 Thrusters (Squat Press) followed by 21 Pull-ups, followed by 15 Thrusters, then 15 Pull-ups, and finally 9 Thrusters and 9 Pull-ups. Dan completed the task in 3:52 (3 minutes and 52 seconds).
