AAU Basketball Tuesday Workout

Group Dynamic Warm-up (15 minutes)

Teams split by age group then assigned 4 stations randomly for 10 minutes each:

A. 15 Kettlebell and run 220 as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

B. Intro to High Pulls (5×5) using a 15 pound trainer bar and technique plates

C. Vertical Leap test

D. Push Pull station: As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of Ring rows x10 and push-ups x10
