The Run Around

On a quarter mile loop:
Run to Burpees Station and perform 10 Burpees
Run to Lunge marker and lunge for 50′
Run to 95# barbell and waiter walk to fence and back
Run to 20″ tire and perform 10 Box jumps
Run to Med balls and perform 10 wall balls
Run to start and perform 10 Kettlebell Swings 53#’s

As many rounds in 25 minutes as possible.
