On-Ramp Program Starts Monday

Have you been thinking about trying CrossFit? Starting Monday, there will be a one month On-Ramp class that teaches the basics of CrossFit to new clients or anyone that wants to work on basic lifts and exercises. Now is your time to jump in! Existing clients are welcome to participate also. The On-Ramp curriculum focuses on developing work capacity (wind) and teaching the basic CrossFit movements: squats, cleans, deadlifts, presses, ropes, pull-ups, kettlebells, basic gymnastics, running, rowing, etc.

Classes are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 6:30pm and Tuesday & Thursday’s at 7:30am.

If you do not currently have a membership, we have several specials coming up if you or someone you know would like to start the On-Ramp program at CrossFit Pleasanton. Right now there is a one month intro deal for $99 that rolls into a regular membership.
