Tabata Barbell Complex 95/65

20 sec work with 10 sec rest for 8 rounds.  No rest between rounds.  Finish all 8 rounds of the same exercise before moving on.  Score is total reps completed.

  1. Back Squats
  2. Push press
  3. Deadlift
  4. Bentover Row

Cool Down: Oxygen.  Foam roll legs, upper back, calves, and armpits
