- The ladies killed it on the body comp stats today:
- MC lost 5 pounds of fat, gained 4 pounds of muscle and decreased her body fat by 4% to a very lean 13%
- MF’r lost 8 pounds of fat, gained 4 pounds of muscle and lost 4 pound on the scale. In all she dropped 5% body fat in three months!
- MS, fresh out of starve camp, gained 6 pounds of muscle and lost 3 pounds of fat. She came in at an unbelievable 7.4% body fat.
- AO was the first to get her body fat checked today. She lost 8 pounds of fat and gained 7 pounds of muscle since she started at CFP. Good Work!
