New Changes at Reactive Gym/CrossFit Pleasanton

As most of you have noticed, there are several new additions to the affiliate as of late. JB and the Prevail Powerlifting Team have added a Mono-Lift and taken out the old soft drink machine. We have moved the barbells to the center of the affiliate, and acquired hundreds of pounds of new bumper plates. Our boxing timer has finally arrived, which will facilitate time and task specific workouts more effectively. Lastly, there is more working space in the center of the affiliate, as many of the rearrangements were strategic.

As CrossFit Pleasanton grows, so will the amount and variety of equipment and apparatus that we need to administer training to every person that shows up for a class. With added equipment comes responsiblity and tidiness. The training staff at the affiliate respectfully request that everything is placed back to where it originated from after it is used. This ensures that the gym space is squared away for the next class to kick off, and also it will leave less dressing up for the staff at night to complete. Lets all take a little ownership of the space that gives us so much joy each day and keep it clean!
