Mobility: PNF Executive Stretch, Floor Wall Squat with adductor stretch 2 minutes, T-Spine Extension with Bar, & External Rotator Partner Stretch 2 minutes each

Workout:

Snatch one rep every minute on the minute for 15 minutes.
