Mobility: Supine Kettle Bell static Press/Hold

Skill: Pistols, Jerks

Workout:

13 Minutes

Every Minute on the minute do five push jerks to “buy into the round” then do pistols alternating between each leg to score for that round

5 Push Jerk 135/95

then AMRAP Pistols alternating legs

Post total pistol reps for score

Cool Down: Sledge hammer of lacrossball psoas massage
