Workout:

Snatch 95#/65#
Thruster
Front Squats
Jerk
Hang Power Cleans
Deadlifts
SDHP
Push-ups on the Brabell
KB Swings
10  Box Jumps 24”/20”
11  Toes to Bar
12  Super Burpees
When each set is completed, all previous sets are done as well (Like the song!).
Example:
1 Thruster
2 Front Squats, 1 Thruster
3 Push Press, 2 Front Squats, 1 Thruster
etc.

***Christmas Sweaters are encouraged!

 

Cooldown: Fruitcake

 

Today at the Official Santa Training Facility

 

Santa did a last chance workout today before heading back to the North Pole.  To match the demands of the workload that Santa usually encounters, we had him eat milk & cookies in between the 12 Days of Christmas workout.  Then Santa tossed his cookies.
