Workout:

Max Effort Pin Pull (14″) Deadlift

Post load

Partner Prowler push 5 laps at 90/60#’s on low bars.  Do one lap and rest while another athlete does a lap.  Alternate until 5 laps are completed.

Cooldown: PNF Hamstring stretch
