Pull Front L Squat Ups

Mobility: Wrist and forarm mobility for front rack positioning. 

Skills: The pull-up progressions: assisted, kipping, dead hang, L-pull-up.  Front Squats.

Workout:

Seven rounds for time of:
185 pound Front squat, 3 reps
7 L-pull-ups

Cooldown: Adductor stretch against the wall.  Knee to forearm myofacial release.
