Mobility: Roll out quads, ITB, & Glutes then quad wall stretch

Skill: Clappping push up demo, ring row demo, Toe to bar progression

Workout:

10 Minute AMRAP

5 Clapping Push-ups

7 Ring Rows (Legitness Test: Ring touches chest then full extension)

9 Toes to Bar (Legitness test: Yes, toes touch the bar)

 

Rest 5 minutes then pull a sled 800m and post weight used

 

Cooldown: Lacross Ball to glute & TFLish area
