As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell Swings
12 GHD Sit-ups

Valnetine Row Teams:
Teams of two row 3k meters against the other teams. Each member rows 500m then does 20 push-ups. The next member can’t start until the team mate finishes the push-ups.
