Snatch Jokes Welcome

Today we worked on the elements of the snatch and tied in all the various coordinated movements. Although many people enjoy being exhausted after a CrossFit workout, the maximal lifts are a different story. Here we tap into the amazing power of the nervous system. Different but good.
