The Burmuda Rectangle

For time, with a partner:
Sprint 100m
5 burpees each, partner rests in push-up position until 30 are completed
Wheel barrel partner 50m then switch
Planks knee to elbow, partner does 5 while partner planks, switch off until 30 are completed
Back pedal 100m
Cone jumps 5 each until 30 completed
Fireman carry partner 50m then switch for the next 50m
Overhead squats 5 each. Partner rests in down position until 30 are completed.

Repeat sequence 3 times and post time
