2010 NorCal Sectional Redeux at Diablo CrossFit

Paul & Megan headed over to Diablo CrossFit today to represent CrossFit Pleasanton in the 2010 NorCal Sectional Redeux. As always within the CrossFit community, we found a great community of positive and supportive people at Diablo.

Workout A Against a 6-minute running clock:
Run 800m
Max rep overhead squats (115/75lbs)
Scored by total number of overhead squats.
Paul 51 OHS
Megan 16 OHS

Workout B Max rounds (AMRAP) plus reps in 10 minutes of:
7 Thrusters (115/75lbs)
12 Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)
7 Pull-ups (Chest to Bar)
Paul 5 rounds +7+10
Megan 4 rounds
