CrossFit is about constantly varied functional training. Friday, Harry Selkow will be training the 5:30, 6:30 & 8:30 am classes. Prepare for something new and totally different. Also, prepare to be “chirped”. 9:30am Friday morning Jessica will be coaching adult Gymnastics’s basics. Kyle, our resident fire breather will coach the 1pm, Bartev the Brain will be taking the 4:30, and Johny Liuuuuuuu will be coaching the 5:30 class. Fun!
