With a broomstick (or add weight if you dare!) complete the following:
Back Squat 25 reps
Front Squat 25 reps
Overhead squats 25 reps
Run 400 M
Shoulder Press 25 reps
Push Press 25 reps
Push Jerk 25 reps
Run 400 M
Hang Clean 50 reps
Run 400 M
Snatch 50 reps
Run 400 M
