What a great day for coaching at CrossFit Pleasanton. Carolyn taught a kipping pull-up class at 8am to a bunch of quick learners. Then at 9 & 10 am, we had Johny Liu, Kyle, Carolyn, Tom, Paul, Jessica, Heather, & Bartev all pitching in with coaching and instruction for a great WOD. At 11, Jessica and Heather put on a fantastic adult gymnastic basics for CrossFit class with a fantastic group.
