Deja Vu, Sort of!

Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:

5 Front squats, (185#/130#)
10 Chest to bar Pull-ups
20 Double-unders

Lisa from Re-Active Gym, with no formal training or preparation, jumps into a triathlon at Lake Seca last weekend and places 5th in her age group. The previous week she jumped into the Southern Power Lifting Federation’s meet at Super Training in Sacramento and placed 2nd with a 175# squat, 100# bench, and a 270# deadlift. On the 25th Lisa will be competing in a Figure Competition. I’m up for suggestions here, but I think we should sign her up for a Chili Cook-off, a Horseshoe comp at the fair, and a tether ball tournament.
