New Harry Monster Group Workouts.

Harry is expanding his services and offering more to his athletes. Starting next week Harry will be offering open class times from 6am to 9am Monday through Friday plus his dynamic bench press day at 7am on Saturdays. So if you are presently training with Harry, you can come to any of the classes. Please keep in mind that the 9am class will be for our more seasoned members (old) and be run at a slower pace. The cost for this program is $360 per month. HEre is the workout Breakdown:

Monday: Max Effort lower body
Tuesday: Metabolic Conditioning and Midline Stabilization
Wednesday: Max Effort Upper Body
Thursday: Restorative Work and Midline Stabilization
Friday: Dynamic Lower Body Workout
Saturday: Dynamic Upper body at 7am only
