Complete 5 rounds for max reps
You have 1 minute to complete each of the following:
100m run followed by as many air squats as possible.
Rest 30 seconds.
100m run followed by as many snatches @ 95#’s as possible.
Rest 2 minutes 30 seconds between rounds.
