15 Minute AMRAP and News at CFP

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Rope climbs
10 Squat cleans, (95#/65#)
20 Toes-to-bar
30 Kettlebell swings, (53#/35#)

Fight Gone Bad 5 is this Saturday. Everyone is welcome to come and do the workout. If you would like to donate or sponsor one of our athletes that is great but not necessary for participation. We want everyone to come down and workout. Workouts are going to be run on the half hour: 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30 & 11:00. Anyone showing up for the Free Drop-in this weekend will be doing Fight Gone Bad.

Tape. We did a bulk order of tape and will sell rolls for $3 each if anyone needs a roll when they come to train. Just ask Biff in the Pro Shop.

We will be starting a new “On Ramp” program for new members to CrossFit and new people that are joining. This program will teach all the basic lifts and emphasize midline stability. “On Ramp” will be a one month program that will run M/W/F at 6:30pm and T/TH at 7:30am. The evening classes will be 12 sessions and the morning classes will be 8 sessions per month. This program is free of charge with the purchase of a membership. This will allow people to ease into CrossFit and understand the culture and lifting techniques.
