Tabata Double Unders & Rebirth through Running Clock Ring Dips

Skill: Ring dip and externally rotated shoulder position, double under practice

Workout:

Tabata Double-under

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.

Rest 5 minutes then

Running Clock Ring Dips

1 Ring Dip 1st Minute

2 Ring Dips 2nd Minute, etc

Continue as long as possible

Add lowest Tabata Round score to highest completed ring dip round for total score

Cooldown: Against the wall mash out the delts, bicep, & forearms with the lacrosse ball
