Workout:

21-15 and 9 rep rounds of:
Left-arm Kettlebell snatch, 1.5 pood
Right-arm Kettlebell snatch, 1.5 pood
Pull-ups

Cooldown: Foam Roll adductors, Lacrosse Ball lower leg work

News: Starting next Wednesday, there will be no 8:30am WOD.  Wednesday morning WOD’s will now be 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 9:30am, and 10:30am.
