Start at the 1st cone sprint to the second cone complete the exercise then sprint back to the 1st cone Repeat all the way to the 5th cone.

2. Cone (against a wall) 10 hspu
3. Cone: 20 box jumps
4. Cone: 30 alternating v ups
5. cone: 40 air squats
