Mobility: Executive Stretch with KB on knee.  Bend at the hip with neutral spine as much as possible.

Skill:  Ais Squat, L-Sit, Planks

Workout:

Four Rounds for Time

Run 400m

50 Squats

Cooldown: Foam roll sore lats and triceps.  Forearm mash with opposite knee.  Lacrosse Ball to forearm.
