Skill: Clean, Push Press, Active Shoulders & finish position overhead, Back Sqaut

Workout:

In 10 Minutes, climb the ladder 3, 6, 9… with:

Power Clean (75/55)

Push Press 

Back Squats


Rest 1 minute then descend ladder starting at highest full round completed. Post highest round and total time to the board.
