Paul, I tried posting this review to google but for some reason it would not allow me to.

I have to tell you these guys, Dan and Paul, made me feel like I was back home on the block with all my buddies from day one. I only worked out 3 days with them while I was in California for some Military training. But if I could have stayed longer, I would have. I brought a friend along that had never done Crossfit and his comments were all positive, accept he was way too sore to come back the next day. Don’t let that scare you away though that is just “weakness leaving the body”.

Crossfit Pleasanton is a great place to learn to let that weakness leave the body.  Their set-up ROCKS.  They have very professional trainers.  Most of all they are just GOOD-DOWN-TO-EARTH folks. I have since then been deployed to Iraq.  Now I have my own little group of friends doing Crossfit with me. You can check out our blog @ http://taceramblings.blogspot.com/ We blog our workouts for accountability purposes and for memories of all the GOOD TIMES we had in Iraq.

Paul and Dan, Hey hope to see you on the flip-side. I may be out that way again this June. PEACE.  Oh and the HEROBands I promised you will be on the way soon.
