Thanks paul! I am excited to see improvements in less than 3 weeks…it’s clear that the missing piece of my equation was diet/nutrition. 🙂  I appreciate the motivation you are providing to keep me focused and on track…along with a community that is so supportive. Clearly this drives us towards success. Today I did my first muscle-up, and I have to attribute that milestone (major for me!) to the changes i’ve made in my overall nutrition and training.
