Workout: Team Rowing
Athletes are split into equal teams and assigned a rower. For every person on the team, complete four 500m row sprints. Team members alternate until all the athletes have completed four 500m sprints. Before the next teammate can start rowing, the person exiting the rower must do 15 push-ups.
