Olympic Lifting Foundations with Gene Mirra Sundays at 9:30

Everyone interested in competing at our sectional qualifiers will have an opportunity to work on their olympic lifting skills & progressions every Sunday with St Mary’s Athletic Director, Gene Mirra.  Gene has competed as an olympic lifter sand has coached Oly lifts for many years.  Come join us on Sundays from 9:30 to 11:00 to work on a series of progressions that allow the olympic movements to feel more natural and stable.  The Sunday schedule will change to reflect an 8:30am WOD and 9:30 to 11:00 Oly time.  This is open to everyone.  I know that we have some fire breathers with porpoise lungs that could really benefit from olympic lifting progressions and mobility.  Let’s take advantage of this opportunity.
