2 KIPPING HSPU W/ OR W/0 PARALLETT

1 MUSCLE UP OR 5 ASSITED

15 FT HANDSTAND WALKING ( on your own or with a partner)

5 STRICT PULL-UPS

10 SEC HOLLOW BODY HOLD/ 10 HOLLOW BODY ROCKS

20 SECOND HANDSTAND HOLD ON YOUR OWN . ( If you come down before 20 seconds kick back up and start where you left off. ex: you come down at 3sec kick back up and start at 4 sec…….)
