SKILL REVIEW:

* CHANGE: *kipping hspu facing the wall*

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:

10 min of working on:

longest HS hold

As many steps as you can of Handstand walks

( post your longest HS and STEPS)

WOD:

* IT IS CRUCIAL TO HAVE STRONG ABDOMINALS IF YOU WANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN LEARNING OR MAINTAINING SKILLS*

20 Min of core work:

5 strict toes to bar

1 pass of Inch worms 2 hollow body push-ups

1 pass of side hollow body walks

20 second flat back hold

5 parallett shoot through push-ups (2 sec hold in each position)

20 second hollow body hold/ 10 tuck ups

20 second hollow body hold in an extended position
