Ok, I jumped on the sword tonight and tried out the latest Open Workout 11.2. I did 8 rounds +9+12+5 at a fairly slow and consistent pace. What did I learn? I believe that I was keeping about a 1:15 pace for the first 5 or six rounds. The push-ups were the only thing I had to break the final rounds. I would expect the best conditioned athletes to jam through all of this unbroken with about a 1 minute per round pace. I think there will be 15’s with a few freaks hitting 17 or 18. Let’s see. -Paul
