NEW SKILLS:

Press Headstands

Hollow arch rolls

Handstand Walks

 

WOD:
PARTNER HANDSTAND CHALLENGE 

Complete as many handstand steps with a partner in 15 min. If you can not do a handstand walk  you will complete as many shoulder taps as you can do  with a partner . your teams number will be posted at the end of the work out.
