SKILL OF THE DAY:

Hollow body push-ups

WOD:

10 down to 1 for form: ( 10 second HS wont change and the 30 second hollow body hold wont  

10 Second Handstand Hold 

10 Strict hollow body pull-ups/ 2 second hold above bar

10 Hollow body rocks/ 30 second hollow hold

10 Hollow body push-ups/ hold for 2 seconds at the bottom
