Planche walks with a partner

Handstand work

WOD: CORE CORE CORE AND SOME MORE CORE!!!!!!!

4 ROUNDS FOR FORM AND NUMBER OF TUCK-UPS. rest 15 to 30 sec between each skill. total number of tuck-ups will be posted at the end of the work out:

30 sec hollow body hold

10 v-ups with a ball ( FUN!)

10 lever downs

1 min to finish as many tuck ups as you can
